Now you got me all hungry and I'm still trying to take care of the Holiday Leftovers I may just have to go get some Salmon now and fire up the smoker. :)
Here is the Dry Rub Receipt I like on Salmon. Glazes over the top real nice. Good on Pork and Poulty as well. Don't care for it on Briscuit though.
1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup paprika 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon cayenne
I have tried a couple of these receipts. http://www.justsmokedsalmon.com/recipes.htm Very good on the ones I have tried so far. I just had a customer give me a couple quarts of Honey so I may have to try the Honey Receipts.
