That when a girl is nice to a guy, she's 'flirtatious' and it's her fault if a guy thinks she likes him. She is then responsible for every horrible feeling he feels when she rejects him

I am in this situation right now and it's driving me insane. I hate confrontation relationship or, as the case may be, non-relationship talks. I just keep ignoring things and hoping it will all end on its own. BECAUSE I AM A COWARD!

First: Refuse to feel bad about whatever you're about to do. Being direct now will save SO MUCH grief later on.

Second: TELL HIM TO LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK!

Third: Don't feel bad. Seriously. You did the best thing.

I agree with you on how to deal with said guys - honesty > nice. Plus, it's really the nicest thing to be honest in the long run.
