Okay. This is SUCH AN AWESOME PRESENT and you are the bestest for thinking of it. I love every line of it because, you know what, I WANT THIS JOHN CONNOR TO BE MY COMMANDER. You just know that he is a good person, that he's totally human and not ashamed to reveal his weaknesses to the women in his life, but he can also be what his soldiers need him to be, and he accepts that burden. I love you for writing this John; maybe a different one to the future!John of "Dungeons & Dragons", a better one, the John in the show as an adult, the one who has known Cameron for half his life.

He wants to be cruel again, remind of her of her place, but he can't. Whatever she was before she met him, she isn't now.Because even God knew that he had to give his creatures free will and the ability to know right

And I love the show's human John, young John, run by the women in his life (hee.) He's not always certain where he stands, but he wants to be good and he wants to make them proud. It's so interesting.

OMG SO BEAUTIFUL, BRILLIANT, AND MELANCHOLY. I love that Katherine is in the background and that John and Cameron have this touching relationship. Future!John Connor fascinates me with just how Crazy he is, and so this is great to see him - so much like the ex-Prince-Hal-now-warrior-king in Shakespeare's Henry 5 walking in the camp, a ghost. A little touch of John in the night! :)

Thank you so. I liked that future glimpse of crazy!John, but I'd like to hope that the future can be changed- as it's been so many times since the Terminator story started.
