Okay, I did it, I have a fandom tumblr. I don't know what to do with it. Pretend I am your ancient grandpa and I have spent the last decade playing records on vinyl and driving a car without auto locks. Tell me how to turn this thing on.
I am robotmango.tumblr.com. Who are you???
emotions,
oh god what now,
sensations

I have been trying to add people whose names I recognize, so at least I know how to do that! The tag advice is very helpful, thank you.

Ooh! What do those magical browser extensions do? I am curious. I have been adding a lot of things to Chrome lately because it is just so foreign and supernatural to me that you can, like, program your browser to do things or not do them. Futurism.

Was that too creepy? That was too creepy.
ANYWAY (wow, slaphappy much?) Missing E is kind of a response to the fact that Tumblr's staff knows absolutely nothing about how to add customizations to a website that make it user-friendly and convenient. Missing E has a ton of options for how to basically hack Tumblr and make mo' better in every way. I think the site has a list of features.
Tumblr Savior allows you to filter out posts on your dash that contain the keywords you list. (It also has a white list.) It won't make the posts disappear completely, but it'll collapse them into little messages that say something like "this post contains this word, click here if you'd like to see it anyway" and you can expand it. I find it useful for filtering out wank and anything I'm just sick of, and a lot of people use it for triggers ( ... )

I used it for a few months for news and fandom updates. Once you're comfortable with that add a few more blogs and soon enough you'll be scrolling miles like a pro :)
