I lifted weights last night! I seem to be recovered from the stomach flu, so I am attempting a new program with weights three times a week, alternating upper and lower body, for the most part. I've MAYBE hit the gym twice a month since the the 10K in February. Not good. But I try not to male that a factor limiting going back. I just need to not "try" to go to the gym, but just go to the gym.

We ain't getting any younger, and any time at the gym is better than that amount of time on the couch.
