I stayed up an hour late to finish reading The Sleeping Partner by Madeleine Robins - it's the long-awaited third Sarah Tolerance mystery. I thought the mystery plot was really clever, and I enjoyed that Miss Tolerance's life seemed to be going a bit better, at least by the end of the novel. It didn't feel as noir as its predecessors, which was
