Down the Publicity Rabbit Hole

I've been consumed in the last day or so with arranging publicity for The Duke and the Pirate Queen. Yes, I know it's not out until December 1, but some people start long before two months doing promo.

I've been kind of down lately, and questioning whether it matters if this book sells, but I reminded myself I did want people to read this book,

If you want to extend a holiday visit to GA with a bit of publicity, you have a free place to stay in Knoxville, and I could likely get you a place in Chattanooga, too.

Who's doing your author photo? (I always hoped you'd do a shoot with kylecassidy, but I know he's neither cheap nor easily available)

Yay! If you're going to spend the money, invest in the hair and makeup, too. I know you tend to be minimalist on both, but it'll make a big difference (that, and how often do you get to "have hair and makeup done" professionally?).

Ergh, DPQ promo is on my to-do list for the week. A fact that was not respected by whatever caused The Maw to vomit steadily from 1:30 AM until around 9 AM. (I resisted the urge to make her go to school at 10 AM. She's napping now.)

Hopefully I will get back to my to-do list tomorrow.
