Yes today is Veteran's Day. Today is the day that we are supposed to remember those who have fought for this country, and those who never made it back from the wars

Also, writing this made me think of the time that I spent in the Marines, and the friends that I made while in the Marines.
I just wanted to say Ty, thank you for friending me all those many years ago. And thank you for being my friend.

And, yes, I'm still planning on making a trip out to NYC sometime soon-ish.
