***SPOILER WARNING: This is all about the tv show The Walking Dead, season 6 episode 11. Turn back now if you haven't seen it.***

Knots Untie

I like where Rick is at now. He's more open to trusting people again, but he's still cautious about it. I like this better than when he was super 'badass' and 'not taking chances' that most people seem to prefer. =P This is more or less the middle ground I am hoping for Carol and Morgan, too. We haven't seen them yet, but I hope they've reached this point, too, as Rick has.

Although I didn't get it from the limited reactions of viewers I've seen, I was afraid that people would think Rick has gone too soft from the previous episode - because he is open to looking for people now while Daryl is thinking the opposite (role reversal). And so it is no wonder that my favorite moment in this episode is when, after Rick just killed Ethan in that very bloody way no less, he looks around and asks, 'What?' - as if to ask the audience, 'Did you think I didn't have it in me anymore?' =P Well, Rick, I never doubted you. ;)

Yes, Rick is still badass, but more reasonable now. Still, it was good of him to delegate to Maggie the task of talking with Gregory the first time around. If he didn't, we might be scraping Gregory's brains off that painting he brazenly claims as his. =P And what a job Maggie did with the final negotiation. Deanna would be proud. =)

I think it is safe to trust Jesus fully now. He really seems like one of the good guys. I only wondered why he shifted from 'they don't...' to 'we don't have a lot of fighters' at the crash site. Does that mean anything? Is he still hiding something? Or maybe he just doesn't want to broadcast the fact that he's one of the few fighters of his group? =P I don't know. Anyway...

I don't expect Gregory to double cross the group either, though he isn't exactly a 'good guy' type in my eyes. But seeing as Negan already has a kill order on him, I doubt he'll be siding with the Saviors anytime soon.

As for that guy whose hand Daryl broke, I don't know yet. He might still turn on the group during the upcoming confrontation and put them all in a bad spot.

Speaking of confrontation - with Negan's group, that is - there really is no way around it. As Jesus said, as soon as the walls came up, the Saviors arrived. So it is only a matter of time before they find Alexandria. (In fact, Deanna's group was extremely lucky in that Rick's group arrived first before both the herd and the Saviors got to them.) I suppose it is best that they take the fight to the Saviors instead of waiting for them to come. Still, I couldn't help but feel as if Rick and the gang were being a little too cocky when they said they'll take Negan and his Saviors out.

And I guess this brings us to the question of who's going to bite the dust. =(

(***The following are not spoilers. They are merely guesses/theories.***)

Some people say it's going to be Daryl especially when Negan finds out he RPG'd his men. Some people say it's going to be Glenn. But this episode focused a lot on Abraham so you have to wonder if it'll be him...

Then again, who's to say it only has to be one of them? Why not... three of them? D= Daryl, Glenn, and Abraham. I don't want to lose any of them, but there, I said it. =( And I will leave you all to ponder the significance (if any) of that painting Jesus was looking at when Carl found him. It was the painting of three queens - spades, clubs, and hearts - and it's interesting that all of them were black (yes, even the hearts). Hmm...
