Critter UpdatePsycho developed diarrhea, which can be rapidly fatal to hamsters, and I spent ten bucks on medicine to save a vicious little rodent I got for free on Craigslist.  The good news is, she likes the drops.  The better news is, she is visibly feeling better.  The not-so-good news is, feeling better in Psycho's world equates to feeling

Well, I think any update on Psycho hamster is interesting. Something we share from the days of Houdini hamster and your favorite furry writing buddy (may the both be loving the great wheel in the sky) As for the Kindle-only? Ummm...yeah. I put the much hated Kindle app on my computer because there were some NF books I wanted to access. In that regard it has been useful because they are reference books I will return to from time to time (one on pickling, one on making soaps. both of which I love to do) and a terrific little short story from Annie Kelleher http://www.amazon.com/Conjuring-Johnny-Depp-short-ebook/dp/B00B2LVJMY/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1369580671&sr=8-5&keywords=anne+kelleher
