Can I tell you how much I love the art? I LOVE IT A WHOLE LOT. The colors work very well, the black and blue are perfect in this mix and I love how Tyler looks like--wearing blue against the blue background (very sexy...why no, I am not shallow, why do you ask?) And I really like the sexy stock photo you used and that is probably one of my fav pics of Nina, SHE LOOKS SO GOOD WITH THE BLOOD.

And you picked such perfect songs, and I'm amazed at how well it came together, how the first five are Katherine's songs, but the next five are Tyler's. And I love the songs you put--Primitive, Eyes on Fire, TEETH, New Born, NIGHT OF THE HUNTER. You already know how well I think these fit, so I'll just comment on how the lyrics for The Beginning is the End is the Beginning BREAK MY HEART. I mean, so does My Body is a Cage but there's something a lot more hopeless about the Smashing Pumpkins song

...This has taken me so long to answer this comment, I am such a fail.

The art was just an accident. I was being crazy and wanted this story to have art, but nothing was working, but then I found that picture of Tyler (It is sexy, own your shallowness!) and it colored so wonderfully that when I found that picture of Nina, they blended so nicely together. SHE DOES LOOK SO GOOD WITH THE BLOOD. We are so damaged.

It came together like magic. I was just trying to go by sound and maybe the timeline of the story, but this is just... fit together neatly into both their POVs. THE LYRICS OF THAT SONG BREAK MY HEART, TOO. I think they perfectly describe that moment where she leaves him and they have that conversation of her getting what she wanted and Katherine telling him she never gets what she wants. My Body Is A Cage is sad and heartrending, but there is hope there, but you're right, there's something hopeless about the Smashing Pumpkins song, which is the kind of the point
