Bike riding to work?!

Apparently riding your bicycle to work is a very common and acceptable mode of transportation. It's so funny to see Japanese businessmen in suits and ties on a dingy old bike fly by as they narrowly miss careening into you. Oh wow!Now there's an image and report I'd love to see more of on LJ!So it really doesn't seem that bad there,na?I love the fact that the bike shop is right nearby,and that you're in a prime area for heavy practice opportunities.Sounds ideal to me. Ack..that sleep anomaly sounds wild,let's hope your patterns adjust soon.Overall hold on tight,and keep it fun(don't resort to oddball hi-jinks like my company president does when he's bored at conventions-I'll tell you the "boneless ham" story someday.)^ ^ Stay well.

For the sleep thing, try to take naps during the day and force yourself to stay away until your preferred bedtime. Jet lag is a bitch, but if you do that, it's a lot easier to adjust to.

Glad to see your sorta adjusting to your new life.
As for the neighbors you can always leave a note on their door asking them to keep the sex noise down.:) bet that would go over well.
