Wow, this really is A/U. Debbie trying to get our boys together instead of doing everything in her power to keep them apart is how it SHOULD have been, that is if she'd really cared one iota for what would make her son happy.

In the UK version of Queer as Folk Hazel (the Debbie style character) completely adores Stuart (Brian character) and wants him to get together with her son. I think Hazzel should have had a chat with Debbie.
