Archer's exploration of his morality is interesting. He claims there's only black and white, but at the same time part of him knows he's both. You can tell he's in denial as he explains his philosophical beliefs and how he repeats that the disagrees at the start and end of the piece.

I'm assuming you've used these characters before, so I'm missing some context that would explain Archer and Hadrian's history outside of a vampire/host relationship. It might be a good idea to include some of that so readers aren't left in the dark about that and Archer's moral complex.
