Wow. The tiny details that make a story with each detail fleshing out Sim and his life. Interesting about his creation and the doctor who make the final decisions. The interaction between them is good especially as he listens to her boots when she arrives and waits until she is gone before opening the folder.

The last line is a twist raising questions like the Prime Minister of where and who makes the decisions that he carries out.
