Something is fishy there. They ran in the black for six years and suddenly are projecting a deficit?

I'm guessing they ran into a couple of things:
- If they were paying mileage to their union people, that rate probably went (way) up with the increase in gas prices
- (More importantly) They probably got notice that the rates for their venue were about to skyrocket.

That being said: I'm surprised they decided to just fold, rather than reduce concerts (since they had done variable seasons in the past). I'm wondering if they lost some major donors (or other kinds of support).
