I agree! So much seems to have been restored these last couple of years, but only the Medici ones have been published "to the world" (I.E. in several books, and in English). It boggles my mind to think that there are at least two complete dresses in Naples, and also two complete male outfits of the 16th century. I also ran across a reference yesterday, saying that a mummified lady in Abruzzo also was dressed in a pretty extant renaissance dress. I WANNA SEE!!

Oh definitely, the Sala de Tesoro is an open museum within the cathedral San Domenico Maggiore in Naples. I think (but don't quote me on it) that most is on display too. But I don't see myself heading for Naples anytime soon. Alas, I would have loved it!
