MSH is not silent. Occasionally, you can hear screaming ringing through the halls. The so-called "treatments" they used on people during the time where thinly veiled methods of torture. Imagine being strapped to a wall and blasted with water or being so pumped full of insulin that you lapsed into a coma.

I don't have to imagine it. It's my nightmare. I've never had that happen but once you've been in a room with grates over the windows, you ... know.

I guess I just didn't realize ... what you meant by "the screams."
