Who's in charge of the yearbook committee and, if there isn't one, how would one go about organizing that?

With everything that goes on and all the friendships formed, this should be done. Something cool and modern, maybe. Or even a totally retro look.

Maybe yearbook dvds?

Oh, that would be pretty cool. With video and music slide shows, maybe?

I think so. Would definitely give us all a much better feel in years to come. Though it might be best to do both as the possibility that DVDs would become extinct does exist.

I think the photography teacher would be involved? I don't know, honestly. ^^ It sounds like fun, though.
