thanx for your reply. I've heard good things about that type of therapy. But I'm hesitant.. Our culture is a very private, 'fix your problems on your own' one. Not many people have therapy, or they don't talk about it. For example, in the USA it seems accepted and almost normal to be in some kind of therapy, or on some kind of medication. So it's probably easier there to take that step.
It's also a money issue. I'm not sure if my health insurance covers it (must find out).
The thing is.. I need the therapy NOW, to help me with my graduation project which isn't going well due to SA. But I spend all my money and time on the project.. So I can only go in therapy AFTER i've hopefully graduated. oh well... :)
