Kennedy: “You hear Buffy’s pregnant?”
Vi: “Yeah. Great news, right?”
“Weird news. I mean, it can’t be Spike’s? He’s still dead, right?”
“I guess they found a way round that. Probably best not to ask exactly how.”
“Man, that kid’s going to be messed up.”
“Well, I don’t know anyone else raised by vamps, except Angel’s son the first time. Granted, not a great outcome...”
“No, I mean imagine not knowing who your father is. Who you are.”
“Who you are has surprisingly little to do with who fathered you. Believe me.”
“Okay... I won’t tell Darwin if you don’t.”
