“You have got to be joking,” Giles groaned.
“Exactly. That’s the whole point. Joking. Now do it!” said Dawn.
“But I sent in a very generous donation. I did my part. Is this really necessary?”
Dawn, despite being older, still had stubborn foot stomping down to an art. “Yes! We’re all doing it. We’re just going to look weird if you’re the only one who isn’t.”
Giles sighed. “Oh, alright. But why did this nest of vampires have to choose Red Nose Day for their ritual?” He fixed the big red foam nose in place and reached for his crossbow.
