The Chinese celebrate the lunar new year, which I am fond of. Violet was born on the full moon, so I have always counted her age in lunar months. Although the Chinese new year aligns with the new moon, and I count Violet's age in full moons. I still am a big fan of lunar

happy new year to you! Violet keeps morphing into mini-me, and then mini-Charlie, then a totally unique Violet look, and right now she's in a mini-me morph phase.
She has some very verbal peers - I think I must have a limited context but her verbal skills blow us away! Then again, I have a friend whose daughter was speaking extremely complex and detailed sentences at 20 months old - we're talking "there's a radiator against that wall." I suppose that level of verbal/speaking comprehension is a rarity..
but yeah I digress, V's got some wordz of her own, and she's not afraid to use them. ;)
