Good luck on the house hunting! My sister and brother-in-law are currently searching for stuff too. Last weekend they were in Saint Paul checking things out but I think they may have to go to the suburbs to get something big enough for their current family size and if they ever have more kids.
Silent Shout is an album that I definitely return to once a month or so. When it first came out I had it in pretty heavy rotation on my iPod.
There are some decent remixes out there too and this awesome mashup of Heartbeats with the Grizzly Bear song Knife that Stereogum.com got put together a couple of years ago.

And, just an FYI, I believe our lender told us that Minneapolis (and possibly more of the Twin Cities area) had instituted a rule recently where you have to put 20% down to get financing. It follows California and some of the other areas that have been hit hard by the mortgage crisis. Just something to check out before you start looking too deeply.
