Date/Time Format

I have looked in the memories and tags but I couldn't figure this out. I am using a customized version of this layout (like quite a few others here, apparently). My problem is, I'm trying to figure out how to change the date/time format

from this: 21/1/08 23:28
to this: Monday, Jan 21, 2008 @ 11:28pmI can't figure out how to alter it, and I'm not

It's a theme layer (not CSS) change, so you need a Paid account.

Well I have used a code before on a previous account to alter the date and it worked (doesn't work now for some reason, hence the problem). I didn't have a paid account.

I don't have the exact code that I used for that layout anymore, unfortunately. But I do have one from a different code I used. Probably rather similar. It was on the S1 system, and I'm thinking that's why the code doesn't work now. But what confuses me is that that is the old system. It would make more sense for the new system to have even more features. Anyway, here's the code:
