Found a random article on the interwebz about transient global amnesia, which is basically a condition where short term memory is damaged after sex. I think you know where I'm going with this...

I would prefer any pairing with Sanji, but as long as it's not Luffy/Nami, then it's perfectly acceptable. Sanji also doesn't have to be the one to lose his memory, but I wouldn't care if does.
