[He sounds battered. He *is* battered: this time the whole dying thing cut too close to the bone.]

I'm... fine. I'm alive. Here at home. Drone family is back.

You?

I'm... getting there.

[ Ilsa's voice is only a little shaky around the edges. ]

Dying is a habit I'm trying to break.

Just so long as you don't do it by breaking the revival habit, schatzi.

Want me to come on over? Or will you meet me at work later?

I'm thinking about taking a half-day, I'm moving slow this morning.

[Thankfully Egon suffers from no such dreams although when he awakens his most prominent memories are not pleasant at all. Still, he's grateful to be alive and in his bed. Then he realizes what woke him up. Ilsa is there, curled up around him as she tends to do, and she seems to be having a fitful sleep.

Egon considers just letting her be but through deductive reasoning he decides that it might be a better idea to free her from these bad dreams.

He jostles her gently.]

Ilsa...

[ She's getting some of his emotions generated from memories tangled in her dream state, and that helps break the cycle. That, along with his gentle summons, pulls her out of sleep. ]

Nng... Egon?

[Egon honestly hadn't been sure whether or not the "apocalypse" of the past few days would be permanent and despite the less-than-pleasant night of sleep that resulted from the experience it really is nice to have a warm bed again.]

It seems that Mayfield reset itself. You alright?

Mm... don't like dying. Even if it's not permanent, still hurts like blazes.

[ She's still waking up, and blinks at him. ]

You okay, hon?

[Suddenly there is a Nall sitting on top of the crate, peering over the edge.]

That is one biiiiiiiig box.

Box this size, it could be five things.

[ She frowns down at the crate the size of an old steamer trunk. ]

At this weight, the list narrows it down to three items.

[ She gives a crooked smile. ]

One of them, I'd better not open where children can see.

This thing is awkward, but... I guess I could peek in the lid, and see if it's safe to uncrate here.
