Writing advice in a dream?!

Ok so...I don't know if this was precisely a dream, or just one of those thought processes that gets stuck in my head sometimes and I think about it for an hour without understanding or remembering all the details because my brain is really weird in that state. Hard to tell, considering I woke up this morning in as close to a panic as it's possible
