Tbh I was very sceptical about vamp!Caroline but now? I am really excited to see more of her as a vampire. Candice did amazing job !

I've totally forgot, but did she knew vampires existed when she woke up turned into one in the hospital?

I honestly doubt that. She was confused, terrified and she discovered parts of transition by herself like blood thirst or not being able to go out into the sun. While performing mind compulsion she says she doesn't understand how it works but it's cool.

But....then no one has really told her she's a vampire? Or that vampires exist, and that Damon and Stefan are vampires too? Or did I just miss that part? haha :p

She knopws Damon's a vampire since she told him she remembers everything he did to her. She must have figured out she's a vampire by now. As for her scene with Stefan, I assume she knew he was a vampire as Damon is one.
