Eeek, I hope things will improve with your project partner. I don't think you have a reason at all for feeling guilty about being annoyed. I would be annoyed in your place, too. As nice as your partner is, it must be so exhausting to have to fight a battle every time you make a suggestion.

Ah, yeah it is pretty tiresome =S I wouldn't even mind so much if she were willing to compromise a little - mainly, she manages to find a flaw with every idea I suggest >_>; When I find a flaw with one of hers? Cue another hour long debate where she shoots down every alternative I give.
