Aww! I am completely on board with this whole sentiment of one true loves and waiting for the right one and all of this is gorgeous. It is really, really hard to wonder about my future in this respect - no boy that I've ever liked has really reciprocated, so there're some insecurities that I try not to think about very often, but mostly I'm okay with it because I believe that there's someone out there. I don't think I'm ready yet anyway, so it's really a blessing? lol these are the things I tell myself. I'm just so excited at the possibility of finding someone that I'll want to spend the rest of my life with ♥ /monologue-y confessions you didn't ask for

And pretty songs! I'm familiar with about half of them and can't wait to hear the others. "Tell Me" is such a great pick for this. Wonderful job, bb!

^ This, man. This is 100% me as well. Like, I know that realistically, a relationship would be heaps of stress that I couldn't properly handle with all the other stuff I have going on, but, you know, it would be nice... :)

Yeah, the idea came from The Civil Wars, actually! Also, I was listening to the Sara Bareilles song one day when I suddenly realised that I'd been assuming it was about a specific person who was away, but it could also be able someone she hadn't met yet... And I thought, there's a mix in this! lol What can I say, coming up with mixes is what I do in my spare time, lol (literally, like on the train - I make playlists. It's usually more engaging than doing my uni readings! haha)
