things are better. i had an excellent date last night.

i believed myself 100%
and he asked, and then threw it back at me
and what do i do when something is so innately wrong and seems impossible to fix
two nights ago it was overwhelming;
right now i feel very little

driving home like that has to be an indicator of something.

who i went to
is just ironic

 last night was a frenzy of:

1) "dear ms. lane, i am sorry to have to report that we will not be able to offer you admission. LOOOOVE harvard"
2) forrest laughing at me from across the room
3) "i really like you" out of the blue
4) way too many texts to and from a completely inappopropriate person
5) beers in bottles
6) so many starches
7) plantar

i thought about updating and then decided against it, but when i saw becca and giulia's blog updated without exciting tales of their travels and about 600 beautiful pictures, i gave in and here i am ( Read more... )

this is a great day. a GREAT. DAY.

for the first time in five years, i actually got up this morning when my alarm went off at 5:45 and went running. every morning for five years this is exactly the opposite of what i have done. i did 50 minutes of hills while watching weird music videos on vh1 on mute with my ipod and i don't know if it was the ( Read more... )

i'm happy

i just got home from sitting in rancs with dan for two and half hours, eating various spoonfuls of ice cream and pie. i'm so glad i was in the driver's seat (the less awkward one) for the getting out of the car dance that i hope you can relate to.

tonight was lonely and my dress was too short to go to the atm.

 my feelings about all, all relevant people have turned upside down. it's not eems because suddenly i feel really distant from all feelings, like everything was from a long time ago. and then also its really familiar.

i'm really confused, but i love dancing, and i love troupe, and i've never been walked in on so many times in my life.
