Great start.

Poor Dean; nothing let to fight for but the fight itself :(.

I liked seeing how things are going in Heaven. It looks like Cas has done a good job, but Raphael was never going to just roll over and it's not really surprising that he would hold sway over some angels, regardless of Castiel's new status. Yay for Gabriel and his perfect timing.
