Ben spent the better part of three days working on the circuit breaks, power lines, and generators within the barracks. It was frustrating work at times, but it made him feel good knowing that he KNEW what he was doing and that it would make others happy. Charlotte is still trying to get her fire to light, and is feeling quite put out by the fact that the rain keeps putting it out. She really wanted a nice little bonfire party for Daniel, but it doesn't seem like it's going to work. She hears the buzzing of power suddenly, and looks up to see the houses alight again. She smiles and stands, rather muddy, and sees Ben walking back to his house alone.

Ben! You got the power back? Fantastic!

Ben pauses, surprised to hear someone calling after him.

Ah, Charlotte. Yes, I did manage to get the power working again. I hope you were not too inconvenienced while it was out.

No, no, not at all. It appears that building a fire isn't nearly as easy as it appears, especially in the rain. I was trying to get a little bonfire party going for Daniel, but that isn't going to work, I'm afraid. I'll have to come up with something else.

She smiles.

I just...wanted to thank you for all you do for us. I know it's a lot. And I know people aren't always the nicest to you.
