I am curious also. The videos on their site are pretty vague. One of the features seems to be running through levels. WHAT INNOVATION.

Basically, if you like the demon fusion/partner system of the SMT series, you'll most likely get just as hooked on the MMO as the demons are still, IMO, the main focus. Most people compare it to an online version of Nocturne, though obviously the battles are in real time and you have far more freedom when it comes to your character's build than any other MMO I've played
