Hey everyone! I'm not new here, I just have a new journal (I used to be nobuwaI don't believe I've ever seen a post here like this, so I figured I'd give it a go

i have a life size cut out of bela lugosi standing by my back sliding glass door. you walk from the living room into the kitchen and he is right there, standing, calmly in the corner. several friends have let out a little yell.
Mwhaha, that is awesome XD I bought my friend a cutout Anakin Skywalker, and when we lived together we had him set up by the front door. You'd go to answer the door he was just kinda there, looming over your shoulder. Although she did put him in my shower, once . . .
Bela Lugosi, though, that's better. Or at least creepier :P
If people found your room creepy, they'd be downright terrified of mine--with my skulls and grim reapers and ghouls all over :D But that's how I like it :D
Mine's not creepy at all, but some people are weirded out by all the Day of the Dead stuff. I have lots of little ceramic skeletons, but I think they're cute! One is wearing a skirt and dancing, another is in a suit and top hat, and another is playing an accordion. I also have little bendy skeletons, and then there's Damien, the flamboyantly gay skeleton xD It's a papier mache skeleton with gold eyes, glitter on his ribs and a gigantic bright pink sombrero xD
Well, mine is a complete mess right now and in the middle of being decorated. I'll share some pictures when it's finished.
I don't have any of the weird things I've collected from antique stores and markets on display yet, but I do tend to have my great-grandmothers furs flung over my bedframe because I'm too lazy to hang them up and some pieces have paws, and there's a full fox and a mink. People tend to find that a bit creepy and get all "asdknfonm o_o dead things" when they come into my room.
Oh, the paws are really creepy! Yeah, back in The Old Days they said "Yup, thissere dead thing is sho'nuff dead" but still... Do they have the faces, too?
