Should I be laughing or cringing?

A long time ago, I read a quote on how some comedies have scenes that are so brutal they range on horrific, and some horror movies are so intense it can be comedic. Sometimes, there's nothing better then clinging to the edge of your seat, only to have the flimmaker hit you with something funny.

I know a lot of people reference "PANCAKES!" from Cabin ( Read more... )

I love the scene in Resident Evil: Extinction when like TEN ZILLION zombies come pouring out of a train-car-sized storage crate.

Also when they have the zombie trying to complete one of those plastic shape block puzzles for toddlers.

Actually, basically all of the Resident Evil movies are hilarious. It's one of about three things they have in common with the games.

YES! Nothing beats the voice acting in the first game:

Barry! Where's Barry?!

Well. I'm. Sorry. But. He's. Probably....

In I Am Legend, I always burst out laughing when the zombies (or whatever the heck they were) showed up on screen. The part that had me laughing the most was when Will Smith's car broke down and it was getting dark, so the 'zombies' started running towards them.
Also, "Damn it Fred!" but I think that was intentionally funny.

The I Am Legend, "Damn it Fred!" reminds me of Robot Chicken's, "Damn it Fred!" with Barney Rubble and Fred Flintstone.

Off the top of my head I have this which(according to the man who said "the line") wasn't even supposed to be in the move, he'd said it as a joke. But I think it just goes to credit how crappy the move the movie is. It's from Shark Attack 3 (and anyone whose seen it already knows what I'm talking about). The censored version is even better, "why don't I take you home and watch Lucy".

The audio is NSFW http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1XOfHax6Q8

>.< I know there's more but I can't think of anything particular.

I love to hate this movie, its so cheesy and watching it censored makes it worst. But, I'm also a hopeless John Barrowman fangirl.

Oh god, THIS MOVIE

I had no idea of its existence until one day several months ago. I was just flipping through the channels and was like.. is that Barrowman? And yes, it was. I watched the whole thing and died from laughing. Tears in the eyes and everything. Such a great bad movie.

I found myself cracking up through most of "The Exorcist," but the part that amused me most was when the furniture started crowding in in the mother, because it reminded me of Beauty and the Beast, only EVIL. "Be our guest, bitch!"
