Creepy (not so) Short Story: The Oubliette

Apr 02, 2010 19:50

My friend used to write these very creepy short stories, he does surrealist paintings now-a-days. I loved reading these stories and found they really stuck with me for long time. Something in one of the comments here reminded me of this one in particular so I asked if I could share and he agreed so here it is:

I love them too! I think I like the surreal more because I freak myself out with the real far too much lol

Ugh I want to read this but my meds are making the letters on the screen dance and sing and do cartwheels D: Adding to memories!

Haha, sorry!! It's a reeeeally long story. I copied it over from a pdf and couldn't fix it so it'd be normally spaced which was a bit annoying. Let me know what you think if you get through it at a later day :)

I'm sort of overly upset right now so I tried to read this to distract myself from real life. I really enjoyed it but I don't think I get the ending. Either my excess grief and mourning are clouding my understanding or I sincerely don't get it :(
