He indirectly 'went off' -- she mentioned how Russ is campaigning for votes last night, and woke her up to talk about it. Jeff got loud and basically said "If that were me, and he's embarrassed me in front of the whole house, I'd tell him to shut up and stop talking to me.' There were probably a few more "fucks" in there.
