I have a question for those that have seen the movie and some thoughts as well, which I loved it by the way.

Apart from the whitewashing, which I didn't like, I actually thought BC was overdoing it at times. Didn't like the in-your-face-villainly-vibe he gave off. I'm, not a huge fan of overacting.

saw it yesterday, loved it a lot more than i thought i would

but now i want to both watch a lot of tos/tos movies and read fic. hello long weekend!

(also i really want star trek icons but it'll be a while till we get a non-cam version :( )

also i'm really happy i've been reminded about why i loved chris so much in 09. during a lot of the movie i was either distracted by his eyes or just him in general
