More Comic Shout Outs

Going by a previous post made here today, I assume it's ok to post comic shout outs to Star Trek? IDK, if not delete. But in this weeks Marvel Avenger's comic there was a Star Trek reference. Dr. Doom apparently has time to watch Star Trek in between making army of Doombots and killing innocents and other evil things villains do.

Didn't the X-Men also meet the Enterprise-D crew? Teaching us that Sir Patrick Stewart was the only possible choice to play Professor X?

On a side note, my summary of the book went something like this to my sister & father:

So the X-Men after they got back from that one time they visited the Enterprise-with-Kirk got into some kind of kerfuffle and wound up aboard the Enterprise-with-Picard, and Picard was all, "Daaaaamn Storm werk it gurl" and "POW POW ladies", and when there was a hologram of Xavier, Picard and him were like "WHO IS THAT FINE HUNK OF MAN THERE" *rubs hand over head* until Xavier was all "LOL I HAVE NO LEEEEGS" and Picard was all "So you hittin' that?" Then when they got home Gambit was like "YOU LEFT ME BEHIND AGAIN I WILL SLAY YOU MOTHERFUCKERS I DON'T GET TO DO ANYTHING AND IT'S TREKKERS BITCHES NOT TREKKIES YA BETTA RECOGNIZE" *frothing rage*
