If you're set on seeing Red and JJ in the Entertainment Weekly panel. Get into Hall H as early as you can and CAMP for the rest of the day. Forget all the other panels -you won't make it (unless you've managed to figure out how to game the bathroom tickets system)- almost every panel has a line now. You might as well commit to only 2 per day, especially if they're in the same room.
Moreover: Pack food and water. Seriously, you will not beat all the browncoats trying to get in to see Joss if you wait until the panel prior to the Entertainment Weekly one. You should have seen Ballroom 20 last year at Whedon's panel, the line wrapped around the convention center several times and this was when the room was already pretty much full. Hall H is big, but it's not THAT big.
Good luck everyone! We're counting on your awesome stories!
Thank you for the tips. I am so nervous about all this since this is my first Comic-Con ever. I expected the Abrams + Whedon panel to be packed, but... yeah, I was afraid that I was gonna have to camp in front of the room. I wonder if I can make it to that panel even if I go to the Tron one that ends at 12:45.
No no, when I say CAMP => room camping, I basically mean, get into Hall H as soon as you can and sit in on other panels, they do not clear the room at the end of each panel, so you can hold onto a seat for the entire day. Moreover, I am not joking, when I say early. Prior to comiccon opening is ideal. Don't even go to the front doors of the convention center, just look for the hall H line that will be on the Hilton side of the convention center[left side]. So yes, before Tron, because lots of people want to get into the Tron panel already. Find a seat in Hall H and then just stay there until the last panel you want to be in Hall H
