BB is very easy. First you open your .gif on Image Ready, then click at the little button with PS icon and it'll open now all in layers on PS. (If you don't do that the .gif will show only one layer and you don't want that)
Now select the first layer. Click at the Text tool, select font and font size and write your text. You can edit text later too, I always write first and choose font size, font type and color later.
Saved it as PSD just in case you screw it up.
Click at the icon that will transfer the file to Image Ready. It should show all the layers at the animation box. Select the first image there and click at the text layer. It'll show now the text on all layers.
This poor explanation will only do you good if you already know PS.
