Woooooo! Hi, FFA! I just got home from an afternoon of Star Wars and shopping. I learned that Episode I is surprisingly easy to watch if you pretend Jar Jar Binks and Anakin Skywalker don't exist.

Why is Jar-Jar so hated? I found him to be like a dorky version of Yoshi.

I don't know why other people didn't like him, but I hated the fact that his clumsiness and general stupidity got other people hurt. And it was treated as okay. And that he got made a general for it.
IDK I have a very low tolerance for idiots who can't/won't learn.

I saw star wars for the first time, mainly because my fiancé forced me, and jar jar binks drove me INSANE!!! seriously, I can't sit through another film if he is in it :/ but other than that it wasn't too bad!

Me too. If they weren't being so horrible about it, i.e. not sending out emails informing their members, not giving them sufficient advance notice, etc. I might consider it, but there's no way in hell I'd give them money now.
