On any other show I'd be thrilled to see badass ladies...but on this show, I just feel really DNW towards it. Because this show will almost certainly fuck it up.

Precisely. It's one of those things about the show that I've tried to be patient about for some mysterious fucking reason but now I just have no patience whatsoever. The writers and directors and whatevers have always been balls awful about female characters, and they should knock it the fuck off.
