Poor Johnny, they broke his luggage! Glad he got his skates though. What does Besumnogo Schlapnika mean?

"Besumniy Shlapnik" means "Mad Hatter" . He just mixed up the endings a bit :)

His twitter is great. When I read it, I couldn't stop laughing for a good 5 minutes.

It sucks that they broke his luggage. :( Last year on ANA, my (brand new) luggage handle got bent out of shape, but the fix for it was really easy, so I didn't make a claim. My dad just hammered it back into place.
