Also, OT but.
I just got cussed out by some girl replying to my comment that using the word "fag" is ignorant and can be extremely hurtful and that I have some gay friends who have been bullied almost to suicide in the past.
Her exact reply? "First of all I have gay friends too. So like you know what no one was calling you a fag so why the fuck be saying shit to me. I wasn't talking to you so mind your own fucking business simple as that."
Was I in the wrong? :/

Who cares if she wasn't talking to you? "Fag" is a derogatory word period, and she IS ignorant for using it. If you use it on the internet where everyone can see it, don't get heated when people call you out for it, and the fact the that she got so pissed means that she knows she was wrong for using it. And don't believe her with that "I have gay friends" line, they always say shit like that when they get called out.
