I THINK THAT MEANS IT'LL BE BY WEBCAM? IT MEANS THEY WON'T PAY FOR YOU TO GO MEET HIM IN PERSON :/ BUT YAY SORT OF MEETING HIM AND $500 WORTH OF CLOTHES!
