I think so? They're more like an awkward kind of disco, with some rap occasionally thrown in. I'll be sure to buy and/or download anything of theirs I can find, though,if only to put it on during parties and then randomly not!drunk giggle.

Yes, it is a not-boyz-already-band Diskoteka Avariya.
They are not quite novice, I recall new year parties in '00 with their "New Year song" (try watching the vid it is hilarious =D )
Most of their songs are ~just for lulz~, e.g. the one starting at 1:40 it is called "DRINK BEER"
and the next piece is "YAITSA" and ermmm... this word is for "eggs" and "balls" (those with a dick y'know).
