I'm going with everyone else - it has to be ISU approved.

I admit that it's a pretty big achievement and I give him that, but he has no artistic expression of which to speak so I don't really care.

Tbh i don't care who is doing the quad (this goes for anyone) till I don't see in a isu competition and landing perfect in the program cos one thing is doing a quad in real bsns competitions and other is doing quads in training, in shows or in no1curr competitions (that you are probs the one real skater in ther)
